His current focus areas include agentic AI architectures, multi-model orchestration, and AI-native product design, translating frontier AI capabilities into production-grade enterprise solutions.

Kapil Kapoor brings 25 years of enterprise IT hardware expertise to AdiNex AI, and has a track record of opening and scaling markets across diverse geographies and regulatory environments. Known for his decisive business acumen and multicultural agility, he has been instrumental in guiding the company from seed through growth stage funding.

Wilson Lee is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial management, corporate governance, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning. As Head of Finance, he oversees the organization's financial operations, ensuring sound fiscal management, robust internal controls, and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. He partners closely with senior leadership to support sustainable growth, operational excellence, and long-term business strategy. Wilson holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Accounting & Finance from the University of London, with academic direction from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). He is a Singapore Citizen with a deep understanding of Singapore's corporate, financial, and regulatory environment.
